Child Safety Standards
gSpeaker is committed to the safety of minors and maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward any content that sexually exploits or endangers children.
Prohibited Content
The following content is strictly prohibited on gSpeaker and will be removed immediately upon discovery:
- Any content that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers minors.
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) of any kind.
- Content that solicits, grooms, or facilitates contact with minors for exploitative purposes.
Reporting
If you encounter content that you believe violates these standards, please report it immediately using the report option available on posts and user profiles within the app, or contact us directly at support@gspeaker.com. All reports are reviewed promptly and actioned at our discretion.
Enforcement
Upon confirmation of a violation, we will immediately remove the offending content and suspend or permanently terminate the responsible account. Confirmed child sexual abuse material is reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and we cooperate fully with law enforcement authorities.
Audience
gSpeaker is not directed at children under 13 and is rated 12+ across all app store platforms. Users must be of the minimum age required by applicable law in their jurisdiction to use the service.
